The owner is especially great at communication and holding a high standard of their cleans. We have had a few last minute requests like water blasting, carpet cleaning and windows which have always been met even with the short notice. We have even stretched as far as to use this company for personal duties we needed outside of work because of how reliable and efficient they are. Any issues are quickly resolved.
